• If the office is unattended please stay in your car and phone the cattery on 01932 780508

• Only one customer will be allowed in the office at any one time – only one person from a family.  You must wait in the car until invited into the office.

• No customer is allowed to go any further than the office to see their cat/s in or to collect them.

• No own bedding is permitted.

• There is hand sanitiser on the desk for customers use.

• Doors to the office should be left open at all times for ventilation.
